Production
The entire production process is organized and controlled by experts, from the moment the fruit enters the plant to the delivery of the finished product. The advantage of our brandy in relation to others is in a specific aroma and fullness of flavor that is primarily obtained due to the quality of the best local fruit varieties. Brandy is traditionally produced by the distillation of pomace, a mixture of ripe, healthy fruits that have gone through the process of fermentation, after which it is preserved and matures in containers made of stainless steel, and afterwards it goes to bottling and packaging.
